Endurance Card.
Endurance is a gold Tarot Card obtainable in Cemetery and in Japanese Massacre. When it is equipped the player receives only half of the damage from the monsters. It costs 100 gold. To acquire it, player has to finish the level (in Cemetery) or find at least 400 gold (in Japanese Massacre).
In Painkiller Hell & Damnation this card can be obtained in Cemetery and costs 100 gold. To acquire it, player has to finish the level.
