Black Tower is the sixth and final level of Painkiller Overdose chapter 1.
Description[]
Other than ruins, there is not much to see in this level, as player in the beginning will get stuck on piece of land that is surrounded by fiery pit, because boss will make gap between himself and player.
Occasionally during the fight, armor, yellow souls and mega packs will spawn to help the player since it is impossible to defeat the Guardian with the Razor Cube.

This level is inhabited only by Guardian who will also occasionally summon Fire Specters.
