"Call Weapon Modifier"

Weapon Modifier is a Gold Tarot Card. When activated, the player's weapons gain some special properties exactly like the powerup of the same name.

The Weapon Modifier powerup cannot be picked up before this Tarot Card's effect wears off. If this Tarot Card is activated after picking up a Weapon Modifier powerup, the effect will forcibly be turned off after the powerup's time is up.
