Health Stealer

"2.5% of the damage to the enemy goes to player’s health"

Health Stealer is a Silver Tarot Card. When it is equipped, 2.5% of damage done to enemy is converted into player health up to the maximum health capacity which is 250, exception being Resurrection which can go up to 300 and Hell & Damnation which only goes up to the standard health capacity which can be increased with Vitality.

A frozen enemy will always offer three times the amount of its health as damage when killed. Explosions do not offer any health to the player unless it is caused on impact with the enemy's body. The damage inflicted counts even if the enemy is invulnerable.

In Painkiller: Hell & Damnation, a frozen enemy will always offer you full health when killed. Any sort of damage caused directly or indirectly by the player will offer health as long as it is above or equal to 40, otherwise you will not gain any fraction of health. The damage will not be counted if the enemy is invulnerable.

This tarot card scales with the damage multiplier of Fury and Rage.

Trivia[]

The Rifle's gas canister and after burn damage will never offer health in Battle out of Hell.
The Mr. Molotov's secondary attack will never offer health in Resurrection.
It is possible to gain health and increase the counter even while dead, but it will not resurrect the player or cause any side effects.
