The creature is a giant quadripedal monster clad in metal armour (much like Panzerdemons encountered in Lab and Dead City levels), equiped with two homing missile launchers attached to creature's underbelly. It has a tail.
The monster attacks by shooting homing missiles at Daniel or by creating shockwaves. When hurt, it will create and shoot a ball of energy from it's mouth.
This boss is also encountered in the Haunted City level. He is the boss encountered in the middle of the level which uses the Panzer Demon's model but his size is greatly reduced and he is lacking his electrical shield. Bill considers him a Servant of Astaroth but there are no evidences that proves that. He might be suspected to be Rashaverak the last servant of Astaroth but no information could be found about him.
First half of the fight is straight-forward. Player has to shoot the creature until half of it's health is depleted, once it happens, Panzerspider will enable a shield protecting it from any damage. At this point, in order to hurt it the player must use one of the 5 cannons located in the chamber, another one each time, depending on where is the boss standing at the time. It requires good timing, but eventualy the creature will be defeated.
- Much like the Necrogiant, this creature seems to be more of a hellish construct rather than an actuall demon;
- The strategy against Panzerspider is somewhat similar to that against the Swamp Thing;
- This boss is a larger version of "regular" Panzerdemon with a different head.
- This boss could be considered a reference to the Spider Mastermind from Doom.
