Tower is the fifth and final level of Painkiller chapter 4.
Description
This level is set in tall tower on hill. The tower has 3 levels reaching above the ground (each one of them is being destroyed by Alastor as the fight goes on), the fourth and largest level being built underground, it's a big chamber with statues, multiple columns and frescos on walls.
Monsters
Fourth and the most powerful of the demonic generals, the enormous Alastor is encountered here.
Tarot card
Tarot card of this level is Triple Haste. To acquire it, player has to kill Alastor in less than 5:00.

Three armors can be found in this level:
- The first one (bronze) is on the very top level of the tower.
- The second one (silver) is on the second to last level of the tower.
- The third one (gold) is on the bottom level of the tower.
